These pans are very, very nice. They are do not stick and are very easy to wash even though they are not supposed to be put in the dishwasher. I have only had them for 2 month, but I am very satisfied.

My husband is very cautious to read reviews before making 'major' purchases. He was very impressed with the reviews and the eco-friendly aspect of these pans therefore he bought the set for me for Christmas (on my request for new pans). I absolutely loved these at first. I made sure everyone in the hhouse knew how they were to be used and cared for so we could keep them like new as long as possible. About 6 months into owning them, one pan got ruined - i think my teen-aged son sprayed cooking spray in it. There was absolutely nothing i could do to get it clean and have things not stick. Now its about 1 year later and the pan i use the most is sticking horribly. I am very dissappointed in these pans and hope that anyone who buys them doesnt get their expectations up too high. We are going with cast iron...tried and true - easier to maintain, clean and more durable.

I love cooking with my Earth Pans. They are hard anodized so they can't be put in the dishwasher, but they are a dream to handwash. Just a swish with a sponge and they come clean. Before I got them I had never thought about the advantage of having glass lids. I haven't boiled over the spagetti since, because I can see what is going on in the pan. This cookware is great. I have cooked several different things in it, and found cleanup to be VERY easy. A quick scrub in the sink has removed everything so far - even eggs cooked without any sort of cooking spray. I have not yet been brave enough to put it in the dishwasher, but imagine I will eventually. On the manufacturer's website it says that the biggest risk is discoloration. So far, I would purchase this again. It's a great value.

I haven't purchased cookware in more than 20 years. I was waiting for a highly-rated, earth-friendly product. I am extremely satisfied with my Earth Pans! They cook beautifully and clean up so easily. My only complaint is that they tend to retain strong odors from things like spaghetti sauce. I just make sure I clean them immediately after use.
